He is thorough, experienced in negotiating, knowledgeable about the Austin area, and really loves what he does. Communication was virtually instant- I had responses to my emails within the hour any time I wrote, day or night. He knows the neighborhoods, so was able to explain the pros and cons of each and what was best suited for me personally. He is patient, and allowed me to have no less than 4 different people look at my final property during my inspection period. He is friendly yet firm in dealings during negotiations, getting a good deal without putting off the other party. He made sure all the details were in place for a smooth closing, and during the walk through recommended interior design ideas for doors and furniture placement.
